Our Customer Service Representative will notify you of the cancellation or offer an alternative product or give further instructions on the order. A refund shall be facilitated for any payments made.
Our customers may place their orders on the following schedule: Monday to Saturday – 9:00am to 3:00pm
Orders placed after the cut off and during specified holidays shall be processed the next business day.
Holidays: January 1, Holy Thursday and Good Friday, November 1 and December 25.

2. Purchase of Third Party (The cardholder/buyer is outside the Philippines and wants the purchased item delivered to somebody in the Philippines):

DELIVERY
Our deliveries will cover the areas indicated in our website. Generally, orders for delivery within Cebu City will be delivered 3 (three) days after orders are accepted. We will endeavor to make delivery within the schedule/lead time indicated below:

1. Cebu City -- 1 to 3 days
2. Cebu Province(Outside Cebu City) -- 5 to 7 days
3. Outside Metro Cebu -- 12 to 18 days

The customer should be available to receive the ordered item between 10am to 6pm. In the absence of the customer, an authorized representative may receive the item provided the following will be presented:
a. Signed authorization from the customer designating the named person to receive the ordered item
b. Copy of Customer’s ID with photo and signature
c. Authorized representative’s ID with photo and signature
Customer is responsible for providing sufficient and accurate shipping/delivery address (including house/unit number, street address & barangay).
We will not be held liable for undelivered goods due to the following circumstances beyond our control:
a. Insufficient or inaccurate information provided concerning the shipping/delivery address/contact numbers
b. Non-availability of customer or his duly authorized representative to accept the ordered item at the time of delivery c. Force majeure or act of nature (such as but not limited to typhoon, earthquakes, bad weather condition)
asianhomeappliance.com will charge additional delivery fees on the second delivery attempt if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the incorrect information provided regarding the shipping/delivery address or non-availability of the customer or his duly authorized representative.
In no event shall asianhomeappliance.com, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for any damage or injury arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website. Nor shall Asianhomeappliance.com, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.
You shall indemnify to the fullest extent Asian Home Appliance Center Company, Inc. for any damage or injury it shall suffer arising from or in any way related your breach of any of the terms and conditions for the use of this website.
Asian Home Appliance Center website welcomes comments on the products it sells on this website but denies any liability for hidden or manufacturing defects of the products sold being mere distributors of these products. However, Asian Home Appliance Center reserves the right to delete without prior notice comments posted here which use foul, abusive or obscene language. Processing of refunds shall be made using the original payment method and to the person who made the original payment. All refunds will be deducted with handling or shipping fee and applicable bank charges incurred on the transaction.

Asianhomeappliance.com offers no guarantee on the timeliness of the refunds. The lead time for processing of refund may vary depending on the guidelines provided by the respective banks and/or payment provider’s internal guidelines.

All refunds are conditional upon asianhomeappliance.com acceptance of a valid return of the item. Asianhomeappliance.com will not provide refund for items which, by nature, cannot be returned (i.e. items which cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons once unwrapped such as mattresses, personal grooming products, etc.).

Asianhomeappliance.com reserves the right to modify its policies and procedures of processing refunds at any time without notice.
Asianhomeappliance.com reserves the right to refuse return or exchange of item that does not meet its return and exchange conditions.

Replacement of item due to change of mind is not allowed. Only defective items can be returned or exchanged.

For defective item, the customer shall inform asianhomeappliance.com within 7 days. Please send your message through asianhomeappliance.com chat support or Asian Home Appliance Facebook messenger chat support or you may contact any Asian Home Appliance store. A Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you to investigate and provide instructions. If customer informs Asian Home Appliance beyond 7 days, the matter will still be investigated but replacement will be under authorized service center/manufacturer discretion.

The item for return must be in its original delivery condition, complete with accessories, and sent back to us with original Sales Invoice and with prepaid shipping charges. Shipping and handling service are non-refundable. Asian Home Appliance cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, it is recommended that the item be insured to the full price and shipped via trackable mail service.

A customer may return the purchased item(s) if:
